Payments remain with SumUp or the booking provider, never inside member profiles.

Hide the profile, stop sharing and sign out while keeping progress for later.
Delete my account
Permanently remove the profile, dance progress and notes after secure confirmation and a short cancellation period.
Deletion preview
Before an account is permanently deleted:
- The member confirms by password or secure email link.
- Sharing with Nora stops immediately.
- All active sessions are revoked.
- A seven-day cancellation period begins.
- Profile, progress and notes are permanently removed.
Mailing lists, WhatsApp, Eventbrite and SumUp remain separate and must be managed independently.
